mit Tatendrang und Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Cloud\-Infrastruktur.

Deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst die CMI Cloud weiter – die Plattform, auf der unsere Lösungen für Verwaltungen und Schulen laufen. Windows\- und Linux\-Server, Container\-Workloads, Netzwerk, Datenbanken, Deployment\-Automatisierung und Observability gehören dazu. Infrastruktur beschreibst du als Code mit Terraform, rollst sie über unsere Pipelines aus und sorgst dafür, dass neue Umgebungen reproduzierbar und in Stunden statt Tagen entstehen. Du hebst wiederkehrende Betriebsaufgaben in Automatisierung, machst Systemverhalten über Monitoring und Logging sichtbar und treibst Härtung, Patch\-Stände und Zugriffskonzepte voran. Wo eine Anpassung im Code der direktere Weg ist, setzt du sie in C\# selbst um, statt sie weiterzugeben. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der Produktentwicklung und dem Betriebsteam zusammen: Du bringst dein Wissen aktiv in Form von Lösungsvorschlägen und Konzepten ein und verantwortest Plattformthemen von der Idee bis in den Betrieb. Je nach Stärken und Interessen übernimmst du weitere Rollen/Verantwortlichkeiten im Rahmen unserer agilen Rollenwelt.

Du

  • verfügst über eine höhere Fachausbildung im Bereich Informatik (ETH/UNI/FH) oder einen vergleichbaren Leistungsausweis.
  • bringst mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Cloud\-Infrastruktur mit, inklusive Container\-Technologien wie Docker und Kubernetes.
  • arbeitest routiniert mit Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform) und CI/CD\-Pipelines und kennst Git als selbstverständliche Arbeitsgrundlage.
  • automatisierst gerne mit PowerShell, Bash oder und bist sowohl auf Windows\- wie auf Linux\-Systemen zu Hause.
  • bringst Kenntnisse in C\# und im .NET\-Umfeld mit und erledigst kleinere Anpassungen an unseren Komponenten selbst.
  • kennst Observability aus der Praxis (z. B. Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) und leitest aus Metriken und Logs die richtigen Schlüsse ab.
  • bringst solide Netzwerk\- und Security\-Grundlagen mit (DNS, TLS/Zertifikate, Load Balancing, Härtung, Patch\- und Vulnerability\-Management).
  • zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Eigenverantwortung, mitdenkende Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an Neuem aus.
  • beherrschst Deutsch fliessend (Wort und Schrift) und kannst dich auf Englisch verständigen.
  • hast Freude daran Herausforderungen zu meistern und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • bist lösungsorientiert und hast eine Can\-Do\-Mentalität.
  • passt schlicht und einfach in unser Team – alles andere ist zweitrangig.
