CMM Spezialist / Messtechniker (m/w/d, 100%) Die Franke Industrie AG, ein Unternehmen der Artemis Gruppe, ist ein Zulieferer von technisch und qualitativ hochstehenden Komponenten für die Gasturbinen\-, Luft\- und Raumfahrtindustrie als auch weitere Industriezweige. Mit unseren Kernkompetenzen Umformen, Schweissen, Laserbearbeitung, CNC\-Bearbeitung, Wasserstrahlschneiden sowie zerstörungsfreies Prüfen, konzentrieren wir uns auf die Bearbeitung von nickel\-, kobaltbasislegierten Materialien. Für unser Team in der Qualitätssicherung am Standort Aarburg suchen wir per sofort eine/n CMM Spezialist / Messtechniker (m/w/d, 100%) Ihre Aufgaben Programmierung von CMM\-Messprogrammen für anspruchsvolle Bauteile Durchführung von Messungen an 3D\-Koordinatenmessmaschinen (Mitutoyo Crysta Apex) sowie Oberflächenmesssystemen Bedienung und Programmierung des 3D\-Scanners (Creaform Handy Scan) Analyse und Interpretation von Zeichnungen Unterstützung bei Erststückprüfungen (ESK) und Serienfreigaben Mithilfe bei der Prüfmittelüberwachung und Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern Mithilfe bei der Durchführung von Wartungen an den Messmaschinen Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsvorschlägen (KVP) Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker oder Konstrukteur Weiterbildung im Bereich Messtechnik von Vorteil (z.B. AUKOM Stufe1\) Weiterbildung in ISO GPS (Form\- und Lagetoleranzen) von Vorteil Erfahrungen im Bereich Messtechnik und Messsoftware (z.B. MCOSMOS) Hohes Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Selbständiges Arbeiten, detailorientiert Sicheres Kommunizieren in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift), Grundkenntnisse im Englisch (A2\) Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\-System (Proalpha von Vorteil) Wir bieten Ihnen eine interessante Tätigkeit in einer technisch anspruchsvollen Branche.
