Für unseren Kunden in Hölstein BL suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zwei erfahrene CNC-Einrichter im Bereich Drehen mit Programmierkenntnissen.

Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen in der Präzisionsfertigung und Medizintechnik. Du bringst Erfahrung mit CNC-Drehmaschinen mit und kennst dich insbesondere mit Nakamura- oder INDEX-Maschinen aus? Dann erwartet dich eine spannende Herausforderung in einem anspruchsvollen Produktionsumfeld.

Deine Aufgaben - Selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen - Programmieren, Anpassen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen - Fertigung von anspruchsvollen Präzisionsbauteilen - Einrichten und Überwachen von Nakamura- oder INDEX-Drehmaschinen - Durchführen von Werkzeugwechseln und Werkzeugkorrekturen - Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen - Überwachen und Optimieren der Fertigungsprozesse - Durchführen von Mass- und Qualitätskontrollen - Beheben von Störungen und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

Dein Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen - Fundierte Kenntnisse im selbstständigen Einrichten und Programmieren von CNC-Drehmaschinen - Erfahrung mit Nakamura-Maschinen oder INDEX-Maschinen wird vorausgesetzt - Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen - Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln - Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und präzise Arbeitsweise - Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Wohnhaft in der Region oder mobil mit eigenem PW

Arbeitszeiten Schicht Arbeitszeit Frühschicht 05:00 – 13:00 Uhr Spätschicht 13:00 – ca. 21:45 Uhr

Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 42,5 Stunden.
