Als Tochtergesellschaft der schwedischen Saab\-Gruppe beschäftigen wir in der Schweiz rund 140 Mitarbeitende. An zwei Standorten entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben wir technologisch anspruchsvolle Güter für die Verteidigungsindustrie und den zivilen Bereich. Zu unseren Kunden zählen unterschiedliche Beschaffungsbehörden und in ihrem Bereich führende Konzerne – sowohl in der Schweiz wie auch weltweit. Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Zwieselberg suchen wir eine motivierte und qualitätsbewusste Persönlichkeit als: CNC\-Operator / Polymechaniker 100% (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben: In dieser Rolle bearbeitest du auf CNC\-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen gepresste Gefechtsköpfe und bringst diese präzise in die vorgegebenen Formen. Dabei richtest du die Maschinen ein, bedienst und überwachst die laufenden Produktionsprozesse. Du arbeitest grösstenteils mit bestehenden Programmen, nimmst bei Bedarf Anpassungen vor oder erstellst einzelne Programme eigenständig. Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit sind 3D\-Messungen sowie die Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsprüfungen. Du erkennst Abweichungen frühzeitig, meldest diese an die Teamleitung und sorgst dafür, dass Produktionsaufträge termin\- und qualitätsgerecht abgewickelt werden. Neben der eigentlichen Produktion unterstützt du bei Machbarkeitsabklärungen neuer Teile, bringst dich aktiv bei Prozessoptimierungen ein und stehst internen Entwicklern bei fertigungstechnischen Fragestellungen beratend zur Seite. Dein Profil: Technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Polymechaniker) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Programmieren und Einrichten von CNC gesteuerten Drehmaschinen Kenntnisse in der 3D\-Messtechnik sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
