Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die ihr Fachwissen im CNC\-Fräsen und in der Programmierung aktiv einbringt und weiterentwickeln möchte.

CNC\-Programmierer / Einrichter Fräsen (m/w/d)

In dieser Schlüsselposition sorgen Sie für eine wirtschaftliche, effiziente und prozesssichere Fertigung unserer Präzisionsteile. Sie programmieren neue Bauteile, optimieren bestehende Fertigungsprozesse und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu Qualität, Produktivität und Liefertreue.

Ihre Verantwortung

  • Selbstständiges Erstellen von CNC\-Programmen mit CAM (TopSolid) für Fräsmaschinen (Heidenhain) sowie Dreh\-Fräszentren Bumotec (Fanuc)
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Programme hinsichtlich Qualität und Effizienz
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Einrichtblättern, Fertigungsstrategien und Produktionsdokumentationen
  • Einrichten und Bedienen moderner CNC\-Fräsmaschinen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen gemäss Vorgaben und Spezifikationen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Fertigungsprozesse (KVP / 5S)

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Fräsen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CNC\-Fräsen, vorzugsweise im Mehrachsenbereich
  • Erfahrung in der CAM\-Programmierung, idealerweise mit TopSolid
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und 3D\-Modellen
  • Strukturierte, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität, Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Stellvertretungen
