Responsibilities * Operating and taking responsibility for CNC milling machining centers * Setting up and commissioning new products in close cooperation with programming * Setting up and retooling the machine according to the machine plan * Monitoring ongoing production and processes and ensuring quality control * Schedule management and maximum utilization of the assigned equipment * Maintenance and care of the equipment assigned to you * Technical supervision of the operators assigned to you

Qualifications * Completed vocational training as a polymechanic * Several years of professional experience in CNC milling * Responsible, independent, and precise way of working * Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable personality * Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
