Co\-Abteilungsleitung Geschützte Abteilung Im Pflegezentrum Baar steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Als Kompetenzzentrum für die Pflege und Betreuung von betagten Menschen sowie jungen Erwachsenen begleiten wir rund 165 Bewohnende mit Fachkompetenz, Respekt und Engagement. Unsere Institution vereint zwei Häuser mit vier spezialisier\-ten geriatrischen Abteilungen, zwei geschützten Demenzabteilungen sowie dem Atrium – einem einzig\-artigen Angebot für junge Erwachsene. Co \- Abteilungsleitung Geschützte Abteilung (m/w/d) 80 \- 100% Baar, Landhausstrasse 17/19 Festanstellung Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für den Tagesablauf sowie die zentrale Rolle als Ansprechperson für Bewohnende, Angehörige, Ärztinnen und Ärzte und das Team. Mitwirkung in der Führung der geschützten Abteilung mit 23 Bewohnenden sowie Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung in Führungs\- und Entwicklungsaufgaben eines rund 25\-köpfigen Pflegeteams. Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung der Pflegeprozesse inklusive Dokumentation und Anwendung bestehender Konzepte. Verantwortung für die vollständige Leistungserfassung im RAI System sowie Begleitung von Lernenden und neuen Mitarbeitenden. Im Fokus steht stets eine qualitativ hochwertige und bewohnerorientierte Pflege und Betreuung. Du bringst mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH. Die Pflege und Bereuung von Menschen die an Demenz erkrankt sind, macht dir Freude und du hast fundierte Kenntnisse dazu. Dein Humor, Deine Lösungsorientierung und Deine Leidenschaft sowie Deine offene und einzigartige Persönlichkeit bereichern unser Team. Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil und du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich weiterzubilden.
