In der typisch italienischen Caffèbar geniessen die Gäste ein authentisch südliches Wohlfühl-Ambiente. Zur Mittagszeit konzentriert sich der lebendige Stadtbetrieb mit seinen 120 Sitzplätzen auf die speditive Zubereitung und das rasche Servieren seiner hausgemachten Pizze. Abends liegt der Schwerpunkt auf gepflegtem Service mit persönlicher Atmosphäre. Neben den hauchdünnen, knusprigen Pizze sind feine Pasta sowie ausgesuchtes Fleisch vom heissen Stein begehrte Hauspezialitäten. Im Ramazotti werden zudem oft attraktive Weine aus Grossflaschen (bis 12 Liter) im Offenausschank angeboten.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position in der Gastronomie (z. B. als stellvertretender Gastgeber, Restaurantleiter oder Sous Chef)
  • Begeisterung für die italienische Küche und Weinkultur
  • Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit natürlicher Herzlichkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Führungskompetenz mit dem Blick für Teamgeist und Motivation
  • Organisationsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Belastbarkeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination sämtlicher Betriebsabläufe bis zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufskonzepten für das Unternehmen.
  • Mitverantwortlich für das Erreichen der Vorgaben und Zielsetzungen mit entsprechender Analyse und notwendigen Optimierungsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs mit Fokus auf exzellente Gästeerfahrung
  • Gastgeberrolle mit herzlicher und authentischer Präsenz – Sie sind die Seele des Hauses
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Serviceteams
  • Koordination zwischen Küche und Service für eine optimale Umsetzung des gastronomischen Konzepts
  • Verantwortung für Qualitätssicherung, Bestellungen und die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Dienstplangestaltung
