November 2026 Stellenbeschrieb Co-Betriebsleitung oder Stellvertretung Betriebsleitung mit Betreuungsfunktion, insg. 40 % - 70 %, davon mind 20 % Betreuungsfunktion ab November oder nach Vereinbarung Die Kita TIQ TAQ in Oberbipp ist seit Oktober 2015 in Betrieb und bietet 21 Betreuungsplätze für Kinder von 3 Monaten bis zum Schuleintritt. Säuglinge, Kleinkinder und Kindergartenkinder bilden jeweils eine Untergruppe. Geführt wird die Kita von zwei Personen in Co-Betriebsleitung, die in engem Austausch mit der Trägerschaft stehen. Da sich eine Person der Co-Betriebsleitung beruflich neu orientiert hat, suchen wir eine passende Nachfolge, damit wieder ein gut eingespieltes Tandem entsteht. Wir bieten eine persönliche und positive Betriebsatmosphäre, ein motiviertes und beständiges Betreuungsteam sowie moderne, lebendige Räumlichkeiten in Hausgemeinschaft mit einer Hausarztpraxis, in der Lernende ausgebildet werden. Eine hohe Arbeitszufriedenheit fördern wir durch eine offene, konstruktive Gesprächskultur, flache Hierarchien und eine umsichtig geplante Personalorganisation. Haben Sie Interesse an einer Funktion als Co-Betriebsleitung oder Stellvertretung der Betriebsleitung  und- - Sie möchten die operative Führung der Kita mitverantworten und den Betrieb in pädagogischen, personellen, organisatorischen und administrativen Bereichen unter Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie in Absprache mit der Trägerschaft sicherstellen? - Sie legen Wert darauf, einen qualitativ hochwertigen, bedarfsgerechten und gesetzeskonformen Betrieb im Auftrag der Trägerschaft zu führen? - Ihnen ist eine wertschätzende und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kindern, Eltern, Mitarbeitenden, Trägerschaft, Behörden und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen wichtig? - Sie haben Sie Interesse an bildungs- und entwicklungsorientiertem pädagogischem Handeln, sowie an der Umsetzung der pädagogischen Schwerpunkte der Kita TIQ TAQ? - Sie haben Interesse an der Ausbildung der Lernenden oder an der Übernahme organisatorischer Aufgaben der Berufsbildungsverantwortlichen?   Und - - sind Sie eine engagierte, analytische, offene, vertrauenswürdige, verantwortungsbewusste, team- und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit organisatorischen, kommunikativen und empathischen Fähigkeiten und haben - Anerkannte Aus- oder Weiterbildung in der Betriebsführung, Anerkannte Aus- oder Weiterbildung in der Pädagogik, Erfahrung in der Betriebsleitungsfunktion oder Interesse daran, Erfahrung in der Betreuungsfunktion als Gruppenleitung in einer Kindertagesstätte, Freude an einer Vorbildfunktion für Kinder, Lernende und Teammitglieder, Freude an der Betreuungsfunktion und weiterhin die Bereitschaft, regelmässig mindestens als Miterzieherin auf den Gruppen zu fungieren, Freude an der Hausgemeinschaft Arztpraxis und Kita und der entsprechenden Interaktion zwischen dem Personal, sowie Freude an der Führung eines kleinen Betriebes mit eigener Verpflegungszubereitung ?
