Die Abteilung Soziales gliedert sich in die Bereiche Sozialhilfe, Erwachsenen\- und Kindesschutz, Generationen und Quartierarbeit sowie Fachdienste. Für die Dienststelle Info Netz Generationen (ING) des Bereichs Generationen und Quartierarbeit suchen wir ab 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Zeit für eine berufliche Veränderung?

  • Sie führen die Dienststelle in fachlicher, personeller und organisatorischer Sicht in Zusammenarbeit mit der Co\-Dienststellenleitung Info Netz Generationen Frühe Kindheit.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Angebotsgestaltung und Vernetzung von Akteur\*innen im Altersbereich sowie für die Weiterentwicklung der Quartierarbeit.
  • Sie verankern diese beiden Bereiche politisch und unterstützen die strategische Zukunftsplanung.
  • Sie arbeiten generationsübergreifend mit der Co\-Dienststellenleitung Frühe Kindheit zusammen.

Können Sie die folgenden Fragen mit JA beantworten?

  • Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit und haben eine Zusatzausbildung in Gerontologie?
  • Sie besitzen Berufspraxis in der Sozialen Arbeit mit Schwerpunkt Altersarbeit und haben bereits Kenntnisse in der aufsuchenden Quartierarbeit?
  • Sie haben Führungserfahrung und sind in Besitz einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung?
