Pour la formation commerciale de base avec et sans maturité professionnelle (BM1) à Zurich, nous recherchons une personnalité engagée et dotée de fortes capacités de leadership, qui aime accompagner les apprenants et les enseignants et contribuer activement à notre développement continu.

Vos tâches

  • Co-direction de la formation commerciale de base (EFZ/BM1) sur notre site de Zurich, prise de fonction selon accord
  • Direction professionnelle et du personnel des enseignants
  • Accompagnement et soutien individuel des apprenants
  • Planification, organisation et assurance qualité des processus scolaires
  • Participation au recrutement de nouveaux apprenants ainsi qu-à la réalisation d-événements d-information
  • Enseignement dans la formation commerciale de base (EFZ/BM1)

Votre profil

  • Diplôme universitaire ou de haute école spécialisée
  • Qualification pédagogique professionnelle (ou volonté de l-acquérir)
  • Expérience d-enseignement dans la formation commerciale de base
  • Forte motivation pour le leadership, l-organisation et le développement scolaire
  • Goût du contact avec les jeunes et pour la collaboration interdisciplinaire
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, orientation solution et esprit d-équipe
