**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Als Teil der Co-Leitung übernehmen Sie die personelle und fachliche Führung des Integrationscoachings MNA und entwickeln das Angebot zukunftsorientiert weiter. * Sie gestalten die Zusammenarbeit und Aufgabenteilung in der Co-Leitung aktiv mit und entwickeln eine tragfähige, innovative Leitungsstruktur. * Sie verantworten die Umsetzung der fachlichen Grundlagen, Konzepte und der Integrationsagenda (IAZH) und sorgen für deren nachhaltige Verankerung im Arbeitsalltag. * Sie entwickeln Strukturen, Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen vorausschauend weiter und reagieren flexibel auf neue Bedürfnisse und sich verändernde Rahmenbedingungen. * Sie pflegen den Austausch mit der auftraggebenden Stelle, Behörden, internen und externen Fachstellen, Bildungsangeboten sowie weiteren Anspruchsgruppen und sorgen für eine verbindliche und effiziente Zusammenarbeit. * Sie führen ziel- und ergebnisorientiert nach den Führungsgrundsätzen der AOZ, fördern und unterstützen die Mitarbeitenden und verantworten das Reporting gegenüber auftraggebenden Stellen und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen.

**Ihr Profil**

* Sie verfügen über einen Bachelorabschluss (FH/Universität) in Sozialer Arbeit oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, eine Zusatzausbildung in Führung/Leadership sowie Führungserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld * Sie denken vernetzt, prozessorientiert und konzeptionell und bringen Eigeninitiative, Gestaltungsfreude und Innovationskraft mit * Sie kennen die Bildungslandschaft im Kanton Zürich und den Berufswahlprozess von Jugendlichen (Erfahrung in der Beratung und Begleitung von Jugendlichen von Vorteil) * Sie verfügen über ein gutes Verständnis für die Lebensrealitäten junger Geflüchteter sowie die Entwicklungen im Asyl- und Flüchtlingsbereich und begegnen unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen professionell und wertschätzend * Sie kommunizieren sicher, treten souverän auf und verfügen über Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Behörden, Fachstellen und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen * Sie arbeiten teamorientiert und interdisziplinär, sind belastbar und flexibel und bringen die Bereitschaft für Einsätze an verschiedenen Standorten und ausserhalb der Bürozeiten mit
