Weiterbildung zur AusbildnerIn oder die Bereitschaft diese Weiterbildung bei Stellenantritt zu beginnen - Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit sich für den Gesamtbetrieb zu engagieren - Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit - motiviert, zuverlässig und aufgeschlossen - wind-, wasserfest und dir nicht zu schade sein, deine Hände schmutzig zu machen - Freude an der Kommunikation (mit Kindern und Kollegen) - Wille dich in ein Team einzugliedern Deine Aufgaben wären: - Die MitarbeiterInnen so führen, dass diese in der Lage sind, ihre Funktion gut auszuüben, ihre Arbeit effizient und zufrieden zu verrichten. - Selbständiges Führen der Kindergruppe nach den sozialpädagogischen Grundsätzen der Kita. - Persönliche Beziehung zu jedem einzelnen Kind aufbauen. - Entwicklungsstand des Kindes erfassen und seine Entwicklung gezielt fördern im körperlichen, geistigen und seelischen Bereich. - Gestaltung eines flexiblen, abwechslungsreichen Gruppenlebens. - Kontakt zu den Eltern pflegen, führen von Elterngesprächen. - Mitdenken und Mitplanen des gesamten Kita-Betriebs. - Anleitung der zugeteilten MitarbeiterInnen (FaBe in Ausbildung, PraktikantIn). - Verantwortung für die Raumgestaltung und die Sauberkeit. - Planung und Koordination des Kita-Alltags.
