Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wer wir sind Das Chinderhuus Wirbelwind ist eine familiäre, gut vernetzte Siedlungskrippe in der Grünau (Altstetten, Zürich). In zwei  Gruppen betreuen wir täglich rund 20 Kinder im Tandemsystem. Wir schaffen einen Ort, an dem Kinder sich geborgen fühlen, mitbestimmen dürfen und jeden Tag Neues entdecken. Wen wir suchen Für unsere Gruppe mit Kindern im Alter von ca. 2½ Jahren bis zum Kindergarteneintritt suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027  eine engagierte Co-Gruppenleitung. Gemeinsam mit einer Kollegin führst du die Gruppe, planst den Alltag, entwickelst pädagogische Angebote und begleitest unsere Lernenden fachlich. Du bringst Ideen ein, gestaltest mit - und lebst unsere Werte mit Überzeugung. Was uns wichtig ist Partizipation & Beziehung: Kinder sollen mitreden und mitwirken dürfen. Bewegung & Entwicklung: Als Purzelbaum-Kita fördern wir spielerisch die körperliche Aktivität und gesunde Entwicklung. Reflexion & Lernen: Wir arbeiten mit Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten und setzen auf laufende Weiterentwicklung - auch im Team. Wertschätzung & Freiraum: Wir pflegen eine offene, respektvolle Kommunikation und schaffen Raum für Eigenverantwortung. Was du mitbringst Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ (oder gleichwertig) Freude an der Arbeit mit grösseren und kleineren Kindern Engagement, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, mit Herz und Verstand zu führen Was dich bei uns erwartet  Ein herzliches, eingespieltes Team mit viel Erfahrung und Offenheit 40-Stunden-Woche, 5 Wochen Ferien (ab dem 3.
