Die Minerva Schweiz ist mit ihren Standorten in Aarau, Baden, Basel, Bern, Luzern und Zürich Teil der Kalaidos Bildungsgruppe. Als eidgenössisch anerkannte Berufsfachschule bieten wir Lernenden einen klaren Bildungsweg und unterstützen sie auf ihrem Weg zu beruflicher und persönlicher Entwicklung.

Für die kaufmännische Grundbildung mit und ohne Berufsmaturität (BM1\) in Zürich suchen wir eine engagierte und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, Lernende und Lehrpersonen zu begleiten und unsere Weiterentwicklung aktiv mitzugestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Co\-Leitung der kaufmännischen Grundbildung (EFZ/BM1\) an unserem Standort Zürich
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Lehrpersonen
  • Begleitung und individuelle Förderung der Lernenden
  • Planung, Organisation und Qualitätssicherung der schulischen Abläufe
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gewinnung neuer Lernender sowie Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen
  • Unterricht in der kaufmännischen Grundbildung (EFZ/BM1\)

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss
  • Berufspädagogische Qualifikation (oder Bereitschaft zum Erwerb)
  • Unterrichtserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Grundbildung
  • Hohe Motivation für Führung, Organisation und Schulentwicklung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Jugendlichen und an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Lösungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
