CO\-Leitung für die Innenausbau Ausstellung, Bereich Bad/Sanitär, 100% (m/w/d)

Die Baustoffe AG bietet 240 Mitarbeitern einen interessanten, sicheren und anspruchsvollen Arbeitsplatz. Sie ist das unabhängige Vollsortiments\-Baustoffhandelsunternehmen des Wirtschaftsraumes Zürich. Persönliche und fachliche Nähe zu den Profis der Baubranche runden unsere hohen Ansprüche an uns selber ab. Unsere Kunden bevorzugen unsere Kontinuität und Fachkompetenz für folgende Baustoff\-Arbeitsgebiete: Hoch\- und Tiefbau; Gartenbau; Strassenbau; Dach\-/Fassadenbau; Gips\-/Trockenbau; Kundenmaurer; Sanitär; Bodenbeläge und Baumaschinen inkl. deren Vermietung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Dietikon suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als CO\-Leitung für die Innenausbau Ausstellung, Bereich Bad/Sanitär, 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Fachverantwortung für den Sanitärbereich. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Kollegen aus der Abteilung Wand\- und Bodenbeläge übernehmen Sie die personelle und fachliche Führung des Teams
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden in unserer Ausstellung(Sanitär\-Installateure, Architekten, Bauherren und GU's)
  • Erstellen und Nachfassen von Angeboten
  • Bearbeiten von Kundenbestellungen, inkl. Erfassung im ERP
  • Abklärungen mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben (z.B. Archivierung, Pflege von Listen)
  • Führen und motivieren des bestehenden Teams
  • Samstagsdienst ca. einmal pro Monat, 09:00–13:00 Uhr (gemäss Einsatzplanung)

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Sanitärinstallateur\in oder Sanitärplaner\in, ergänzt durch eine kaufmännische Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung im Grosshandel von Vorteil
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP\-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, kollegiale und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Verkaufsflair
  • Belastbar, zuverlässig und mit Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
