Seit vielen Jahren wohnen wir hier, viele von uns schon fast das ganze Leben lang. Seite an Seite, in einem Pavillon mitten auf dem Campus des Wagerenhofs sind wir zehn Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner darauf angewiesen, dass uns die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter unserer Wohngemeinschaft im Alltag begleiten. Co-Teamleitung der Wohngemeinschaft Sonne (80 - 100%)

Zusammen mit deiner Co-Teamleitungspartnerin und allen Mitarbeitenden bist du für uns da. Unsere Wohneinheit ist unterteilt, auf der einen Seite haben wir den Schwerpunkt Demenz und auf der anderen Seite, den Schwerpunkt «besonderer Betreuungsbedarf». Doch wir haben alle eine Gemeinsamkeit - wir brauchen viel Geduld! 

Auf der Wohneinheit bist du zusammen mit deiner Co-Teamleitungspartnerin zuständig für die personelle, organisatorische und finanzielle Leitung. Zusammen seid ihr für die agogischen und pflegerischen-medizinischen Themen verantwortlich. Die Führung von Mitarbeitenden macht dir Spass und du hast auch schon gezeigt, dass du das gut kannst. Du bist dich gewohnt, im Team zu arbeiten. Du arbeitest in der Begleitung und Betreuung von uns Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern.

Du hast schon Erfahrung gesammelt in der Betreuung von Menschen mit einer körperlichen und kognitiven Beeinträchtigung und verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge oder als Fachperson Betreuung oder über eine ähnliche Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich. Dir machen auch administrative Tätigkeiten Freude und du arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär zusammen. Im Wagerenhof leben wir übrigens mit rund 240 Menschen mit mehrfachen geistigen und körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen zusammen. Er ist das liebevolle, bleibende Dihei für uns. Rund 650 Mitarbeitende setzen alles daran, dass wir unser Leben hier geniessen können. Jeder einzelne Mensch steht mit seinen eigenen Bedürfnissen in Zentrum. «Was zählt, bist du.» - sagen sie im Wagerenhof.

Wir setzen alles daran, dass unsere 250 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, 246 Tagesstätterinnen und Tagesstätter und 52 Mitarbeitenden an geschützten Arbeitsplätzen im Wagerenhof eine möglichst hohe Lebensqualität erleben können. Für Mitarbeitende unterschiedlichster Herkunft und Fachlichkeit ist der Wagerenhof ein attraktiver Arbeitgeber und für Lernende aller Stufen ein kompetenter Ausbildungspartner.
