Die Learco AG unterstützt Menschen, die aus körperlichen, psychischen oder kognitiven Gründen vorübergehend oder dauerhaft eingeschränkt leistungsfähig sind, in der Arbeits-marktintegration und beim selbständigen Wohnen. Unsere Coaches Arbeit & Wohnen begleiten Menschen mit IV-Rente bei der Wohnungssuche und im Alltag in der eigenen Wohnung sowie bei der Suche nach Nischenarbeitsplätzen und beim Arbeitsplatzerhalt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir:

Coach:in Arbeit & Wohnen, 80 - 100 %

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie begleiten die Klientel langfristig im Alltag in der eigenen Wohnung oder am Arbeitsplatz
  • Sie unterstützen die Klientel bei der Wohnungs- oder Stellensuche
  • Sie klären den Unterstützungsbedarf, vereinbaren gemeinsam mit der Klientel Ziele und planen die Begleitung
  • Sie arbeiten ressourcen- und lösungsorientiert und übernehmen die Fallführung
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für alle Beteiligten, haben Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und koordinieren das Unterstützungsnetzwerk der Klientel
  • Sie sind im ganzen Kanton Aargau unterwegs
  • Sie wirken in Projekten und in der Qualitätsentwicklung mit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Tertiärausbildung oder Erfahrung und Weiterbildung im Sozialbereich oder Coaching
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen
  • Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Menschen in ihrer Selbständigkeit zu fördern
  • Führerausweis Kat. B und ein eigenes Fahrzeug
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie sowie Offenheit gegenüber einer diversen Klientel
  • Idealerweise Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Sozialversicherungen
  • Kenntnisse des Arbeitsmarktes sowie die Fähigkeit, aktive Akquise zu betreiben und ein Netzwerk aufzubauen sind ein zusätzliches Plus
