In unserem dynamischen Team von über 20 ICT‑, Coaching‑und Assessment‑Fachpersonen begleitest du Stellensuchende professionell durch die ICT‑Standortbestimmung. Dabei nutzt du moderne Arbeitsinstrumente wie Salesforce, ein gemeinsam mit Swiss ICT entwickeltes Fachassessment sowie ein Learning Management System, das unsere Teilnehmenden gezielt im Lern‑und Bewerbungsprozess unterstützt. Für unsere Angebot \\ICT Standortbestimmung\\ in Zürich\\-Binz suchen wir dich 1\\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung als \\Coach\\\in/Kursleiter\\\in 60\\-80%\\ für Stellensuchende im ICT\\-Bereich (Deutsch/Englisch). \\Deine Aufgaben\\ \\\< \\\>Du gibst Einzelcoachings für die Stellensuchenden im Bewerbungsprozess unter Einbezug von ICT\\-Fachassessments, beruflicher Standortbestimmung und Bewerbungsunterlagen in DE und EN\\\\\< \\\>Du führst Bewerbungsateliers (Gruppensetting) mit der Inverted Classroom\\-Methode unter Einbezug der Lernplattform in DE und EN durch\\\\\< \\\>Du führst fallbegleitende administrative und planerische Aufgaben aus, inkl.
