Société du Groupe Barec, entreprise familiale de longue date et un des plus importants fournisseurs de solutions de recyclage complète en Suisse, cherche un/une :

Collaborateur administratif / organisation des transports (H/F) - CDI

Vos principales tâches: 

Vous êtes chargé(e) d-assurer le traitement fiable et sans heurts des commandes clients relatives à notre large gamme de services. Grâce à votre professionnalisme et à votre discrétion, vous veillez chaque jour à la satisfaction de nos clients et renforcez ainsi la confiance accordée à nos services.

  • Saisie et planification des commandes
  • Accueil des clients par téléphone et à la réception
  • Planification des tournées et des interventions des chauffeurs
  • Traitement des commandes, y compris les procès-verbaux de destruction
  • Préparation des factures, rédaction de correspondances diverses
  • Assistance administrative au responsable régional
  • Participation aux activités commerciales
  • Ainsi que d'autres tâches administratives, comptables et de gestion

Profil recherché :

  • Titulaire d'un CFC d'employé-e de commerce, ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Casier judiciaire vierge et aucune poursuite ou acte de défauts de biens (impératif)
  • Excellentes connaissances informatiques (MS Office, systèmes ERP)
  • Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (orthographe irréprochable exigée). Connaissance de l-allemand un atout
  • Expérience dans l'organisation et la planification des transports
  • Connaissance géographique de la Suisse, expérience dans le transport routier un atout
  • Aptitude et intérêt pour les tâches de facturation et de planification
  • Orienté client et avec une culture de la sécurité
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome, polyvalence et ayant le sens des initiatives
  • Personne mobile et motorisée
