Collaborateur au feuilletage \& gâteaux secs (h/f/d) – 100 %

Tu souhaites mettre ton expertise technique au service de produits de qualité et évoluer progressivement vers davantage de responsabilités ? Ce poste est fait pour toi ! Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée dans la fabrication de produits à base de pâtes tourées et de gâteau sec, prête à s’investir pleinement et à construire son évolution avec nous.

Tes missions :

  • Tu réalises avec soin les produits de feuilletage, de viennoiserie et de gâteaux secs, dans le respect de nos standards de qualité.
  • Tu maîtrises les différentes étapes de fabrication et veilles à garantir la régularité et la qualité des produits.
  • Tu participes activement à l’organisation et à l’amélioration continue du secteur.
  • Tu apportes ton expertise technique à l’équipe et contribues au développement des compétences de tes collègues.
  • Tu prends des initiatives, identifies les éventuels problèmes et proposes des solutions adaptées et efficaces.
  • Tu contribues au bon fonctionnement du secteur en veillant au respect des standards de qualité, d’hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Tu es proche du terrain et participes activement à la dynamique et à la performance de l’équipe.

Ce que tu apportes :

  • Tu disposes d’une solide expérience dans le domaine des pâtes tourées, du feuilletage et/ou du gâteau sec, ainsi que de très bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication.
  • Tu travailles de manière autonome, organisée et rigoureuse, avec un véritable sens des responsabilités.
  • Tu te distingues par ton esprit d’initiative, ta capacité à identifier les problématiques et ton orientation vers la recherche de solutions.
  • Tu possèdes un leadership naturel et sais fédérer, communiquer efficacement et faire avancer une équipe.
  • Tu es orienté·e qualité et accordes une grande importance à la précision, à la régularité et à l’amélioration continue.
  • Tu apprécies le travail de terrain et souhaites mettre ton savoir\-faire au service d’un secteur dynamique et en développement.
