Vos tâches

Les besoins de nos clients sont votre priorité. Vous êtes responsable de...

  • développer de nouvelles relations clients et d´assurer le suivi des existantes
  • conseil et suivi technique des clients tessinois et romands
  • La vente active ainsi que la réalisation d'actions en étroite collaboration avec le service commercial externe
  • l'observation du marché et le reporting correspondant au service externe, ainsi qu´au chef d´entreprise
  • L-identification autonome des pièces et le traitement complet des commandes dans SAP

 

Vos qualifications

En tant que professionnel de pièces détachées, doté d'un bon sens de la communication, vous avez...

  • une formation technique, ou commerciale dans la branche du poids-lourd.
  • Idéalement, une expérience dans la vente de pièces automobiles ou de véhicules utilitaires.
  • vous avez un esprit d´équipe et êtes orienté satisfaction client
  • une méthode de travail fiable, autonome et orientée vers les objectifs et les solutions
  • la maîtrise de la langue italienne est indispensable
