Le Service de la santé publique (SSP) a comme objectif de garantir la promotion, le maintien et le rétablissement de la santé de la population. La santé doit être accessible à tous, à un coût supportable. Le SSP est le centre de compétence pour toute question en relation avec les grandes thématiques de la Santé publique. Il identifie les besoins de la population en matière de santé, assure une offre adéquate et veille à la qualité des prestations. Il participe aussi activement aux réflexions sur l'évolution du système de santé en Suisse, avec ses partenaires des cantons et de la Confédération.

Votre mission

Au sein du pôle autorisation, surveillance et affaires juridiques, vous rejoignez une équipe dynamique et participez à la gestion et au suivi des dossiers d'autorisation des professionnels de la santé et des institutions de santé.

Dans ce cadre, vous contribuerez notamment à :

  • Instruire les demandes d'autorisation de pratiquer des professionnels de la santé, d'exploiter des institutions de santé ainsi que d'admission à pratiquer à charge de l'assurance obligatoire des soins
  • Assurer de manière autonome le suivi des dossiers, dans le respect des bases légales et procédures en vigueur
  • Veiller au bon déroulement des différentes étapes des dossiers et identifier les éventuels problèmes ou incohérences
  • Réaliser les tâches administratives liées aux activités du secteur
  • Renseigner les administrés et les professionnels de la santé dans le domaine de la santé publique

Profil souhaité

  • CFC d'employé\-e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente
  • 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire, notamment dans le traitement administratif et le suivi de dossiers
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et précision dans le traitement des dossiers et des données
  • Aptitude à appliquer des procédures de manière fiable et à assurer un suivi administratif de qualité
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec une équipe
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et intérêt pour les nouveaux outils et processus numériques
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français, avec de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (niveau B1\-B2\)
