Collaborateur-trice administratif-ve à 80%

à repourvoir au sein du Secrétariat de l’Institut d’informatique (40%) et de l’Institut de chimie (40%) à la Faculté des sciences.

Activités Vous travaillez sous l’égide de la personne directrice de chaque institut. Vous soutenez, dans leurs tâches administratives, les équipes professorales et le personnel de recherche. Vous collaborez activement aux missions variées des instituts, notamment : réception du secrétariat d’institut et renseignements ; rédaction de documents ; gestion de dossiers et des échéances ; suivis comptables et contractuels ; engagement des collaborateur-trice-s et suivi des renouvellements annuels des contrats ; soutien à l’obtention de visas et des permis de séjour pour le personnel étranger ; contribution à l’organisation des sessions d’examens ; gestion du contenu du site Internet ; gestion partielle des dossiers estudiantins pour l’Institut d’informatique ; collaboration active entre instituts et les autres organes de la faculté et de l’université.

Exigences Au bénéfice d’un CFC d’employé-e de commerce ou d’un titre équivalent, vous maîtrisez le français, avez des compétences rédactionnelles ainsi que de très bonnes connaissances en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ; un minimum de B2 est requis. Vous possédez d’excellentes connaissances des outils MS Office et de la suite Adobe ainsi qu’une facilité d’apprentissage des nouveaux logiciels. Vous disposez d’une expérience minimale de deux ans dans la conduite de dossiers, en équipe ou de manière autonome. La connaissance du domaine académique constitue un atout. De nature autonome, vous avez le sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation et faites preuve de précision et de rigueur dans la réalisation de vos tâches. Disposant de capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, vous êtes une personne dynamique, collégiale et à l’aise dans vos interactions avec tous les publics. Entrée en fonction : 1er octobre 2026 ou à convenir. Délai de postulation : 15 septembre 2026
