L-office scolaire soutient les écoles et le conseil scolaire de la ville de Winterthour dans l-accomplissement de leurs nombreuses tâches. L-administration de la pédagogie spécialisée est un centre névralgique dans le domaine de l-école spécialisée et fournit de nombreux services à différents groupes cibles.

Dans cette fonction administrative polyvalente, vous assumez des tâches variées dans le domaine de l-enseignement spécialisé et soutenez les processus dans le contexte de la pédagogie spécialisée. Nous recherchons dès maintenant ou à convenir une personne engagée, responsable et autonome.

Vos tâches ##

  • Prise en charge des tâches administratives (de coordination) dans le domaine de l-enseignement spécialisé, y compris l-administration financière et la comptabilisation, l-organisation des transports et la correspondance
  • Soutien du département de pédagogie spécialisée dans les tâches administratives et organisationnelles, y compris la prise de procès-verbaux lors des entretiens avec les parents, l-exécution de prestations administratives ainsi que le traitement autonome des dossiers attribués
  • Rédaction des décisions concernant les mesures de pédagogie spécialisée ainsi que préparation des documents correspondants pour le comité de pédagogie spécialisée, y compris le suivi des dossiers
  • Assurer un classement structuré des données ainsi que la gestion et l-entretien des dossiers électroniques des élèves dans le domaine de l-enseignement spécialisé

Votre profil ##

  • Formation commerciale de base avec expérience professionnelle dans le milieu scolaire, idéalement avec certificat de spécialiste en administration scolaire VPZS/SIB
  • Très bonnes connaissances informatiques en MS Office, de préférence expérience avec Abacus et Pupil (logiciel de gestion scolaire)
  • Expression orale et écrite impeccable ainsi qu-intérêt pour les questions juridiques et pédagogiques spécialisées
  • Personnalité orientée vers le travail en équipe, socialement compétente, avec plaisir à traiter avec différents groupes cibles
  • Résistant·e au stress et flexible quant aux horaires de travail au cours de l-année scolaire
