Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec différents services internes et apportes activement tes idées.

Collaborateur(trice) administratif(ve) finances 80 - 100%

Voici ce que tu feras :

  • Tu soutiens les collègues dans la facturation et établis des factures d'acompte, partielles et finales
  • Tu enregistres les comptes fournisseurs et aides à la préparation des paiements
  • En tant que personne de contact, tu traites les questions relatives à la facturation et coordonnes la boîte mail finance
  • Tu tiens à jour les données clients et adresses dans le système CRM et enregistres les demandes clients pertinentes
  • Participation au recouvrement
  • De plus, tu contribues activement à l'optimisation des processus et procédures

Ce que tu apportes :

  • Formation commerciale achevée ou école de commerce
  • Tu as déjà quelques années d'expérience dans un service financier
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et précise
  • Forte orientation client, service et qualité
  • Initiative personnelle ainsi que plaisir à assumer des responsabilités et à participer à la conception
  • Joie de collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs internes et externes
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit, connaissances en français un atout
  • Très bonnes compétences MS Office, connaissances d'Abacus un plus
