Vos connaissances spécifiques permettent de gérer les coûts des mesures de ère précise, efficace et compréhensible. Vous travaillez dans un contexte qui a du sens et apportez, avec le reste de l'équipe, une contribution essentielle au domaine de la protection de l'enfant et de l'adulte. \\Vos tâches\\ \* Garantie d'un traitement efficace, conforme à la législation et économique de l'ensemble des coûts des mesures des différentes APEA \* Vérification des listes des coûts, gestion des garanties de prise en charge des coûts, surveillance des délais et des flux financiers \* Calcul, décompte et encaissement des participations aux coûts, suivi de la préparation des procédures par voie d'action dans le domaine de la protection de l'enfant \* Vérification, comptabilisation et traitement des factures de débiteurs et de créanciers, envoi de rappels \* Gestion de la comptabilité de la clientèle, établissement de listes de contrôle et versements aux mandantes et mandants ainsi qu'aux parents d'accueil \\Votre profil\\ \* Formation commerciale de base ou diplôme équivalent \* Expérience professionnelle dans un domaine apparenté, idéalement au sein de l'administration publique \* Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité ou de spécialiste en assurances sociales : un atout \* Bonnes connaissances de la comptabilité et de la présentation des comptes et excellentes connaissances du droit des assurances sociales \* bonne expression orale et écrite en français et en allemand \* Travail organisé, fiable et précis \\Nous vous offrons\\ Le canton de Berne est à tous égards un employeur équitable, qui offre d'excellentes conditions de travail.
