Collaborateur/trice Junior Fichier Central, CDI à 100% =======================================================

A propos du rôle

Au sein du département Fichier Central, vous intégrez une équipe à taille humaine, dynamique et collaborative. Rattachée directement au responsable de l'équipe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la vérification, la conformité et le traitement de la documentation client globale, garantissant ainsi l'excellence opérationnelle et le respect des normes en vigueur.

Tâches -------

  • Vérifier la complétude et la conformité des documents recus.
  • Saisir les données clients dans les outils internes, volume important.
  • Traiter les demandes entrantes issues des workflows dédiés.
  • Assurer le suivi avec le Front Office pour obtenir les pièces ou informations manquantes.

Nous cherchons

  • Première expérience dans le secteur bancaire, idéalement en Fichier Central (stage accepté)
  • Compétence dans la vérification de la documentation juridique
  • Très bonne communication et esprit d'équipe
  • Français courant et anglais très bon niveau
  • Résidence en Suisse
