Lieu de travail: Boudry

Ce que tu peux accomplir chez nous : • Tu fais partie de notre équipe et avec tes collègues, tu gères le cycle de vie des collaborateurs de la production (200 personnes). • Tu rédiges les contrats de travail, gères les salaires et veilles à ce que nos activités soient conformes à la CCT et aux valeurs de notre entreprise. • Tu gères les absences (maladie, accident, maternité, service militaire, etc.) et assures le suivi administratif des dossiers • Tu assures la gestion administrative des allocations familiales et autres prestations sociales • Tu établis les attestations, certificats de travail et autres documents destinés aux collaborateurs ou aux autorités • Tu assumes d'autres tâches administratives telles que la correspondance, la réception des appels téléphoniques ainsi que l'accueil à la réception.

Ce que tu apportes : • Tu as suivi une formation commerciale de base (CFC d'employé(e) de commerce) ou équivalente et tu as de bonnes connaissances dans le domaine des ressources humaines (certificat RH un atout) • Tu maîtrises le français et tu es à l'aise avec les chiffres • Tu aimes travailler en équipe, tu es autonome, tu es organisé(e) et méthodique et tu sais prendre des responsabilités • Tu fais preuve de savoir-vivre, tu sais t'imposer si nécessaire ; tu aimes le contact avec les collaborateurs • Tu as la capacité de garder une vue d'ensemble même dans des situations stressantes et à trouver des solutions • Tu maîtrises MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
