Collaborateur·trice scientifique (60 %)

Vos missions

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous soutenez le chef de projet dans la conduite opérationnelle de la transformation de l-application commune de suivi financier et administratif des projets de recherche et des prestations de service (AGP-SageX) en participant à la définition du modèle d-exploitation, à la révision de règlements, directives et référentiels et à la production de rapports pour les instances de gouvernance. Vous organisez les ateliers de travail, les phases de test et les séances d-informations ou de consultation avec les parties prenantes.

Vous êtes également en charge de la mise en œuvre du plan de communication et de la gestion du changement : vous concevez les contenus des différents supports (pages web, newsletters, etc.), diffusez les newsletters et organisez la formation des utilisateur·trices.

Enfin, vous apportez un soutien ponctuel à la gestion de l-exploitation de l-outil, notamment via la mise à jour des directives, les nettoyages (projets, droits, etc.) et l-appui au suivi administratif du groupe des répondant·es métier.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d-un Bachelor HES ou titre jugé équivalent. Bachelor HES en informatique de gestion un atout ;
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d-expérience en gestion de projets. Certifications en gestion de projet un atout ;
  • Vous témoignez d-une expérience dans la communication et l-accompagnement du changement ;
  • Vous connaissez le paysage académique suisse.

Vos compétences

  • Rigoureux·se, vous avez d-excellentes capacités d-analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Organisé·e et fiable, vous suivez et respectez les délais définis ;
  • Vous êtes en capacité à structurer, prioriser et assurer le suivi des décisions et actions, y compris dans les situations de pression ou urgences ;
  • Vous êtes orienté·es client et résultat ;
  • Vous faites preuve d-excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication (oral et écrit) ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de bureautiques de l-environnement M365.

Taux d-activité : 60 %

Durée du contrat : contrat à durée déterminée jusqu-au 31 décembre 2028

Entrée en fonction : 1er janvier 2027

Lieu de travail : Lausanne ou Delémont avec déplacements possibles en Suisse romande
