Vos tâches :

Dans cette fonction polyvalente, vous travaillez à l'interface entre la recherche, la pratique et l'enseignement et apportez votre expertise à des projets passionnants. 

  • Participation à des projets de recherche appliquée dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines et de l'organisation 
  • Transfert des résultats de recherche vers la science et la pratique ainsi que participation à des publications scientifiques
  • Soutien à l'acquisition de projets de recherche et à la collaboration avec des partenaires pratiques 
  • Participation à des projets de services et de formation continue 
  • Soutien à l'enseignement, par exemple dans l'encadrement des étudiants et en tant qu'assistant·e d'enseignement 
  • Participation aux tâches et projets à l'échelle de l'institut

Le poste est initialement limité à 3 ans.

Votre profil :

Vous êtes passionné·e par le travail scientifique, disposez de solides connaissances méthodologiques et souhaitez contribuer aux questions actuelles dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines et de l'organisation.

  • Master (université, ETH ou haute école spécialisée) en sciences de gestion ou sociales, économie d'entreprise, psychologie du travail et des organisations ou dans un domaine connexe 
  • Connaissances approfondies en gestion des ressources humaines, organisation ou dans un domaine thématique connexe 
  • Très bonnes connaissances des méthodes de recherche sociale 
  • Premières expériences dans des projets de recherche, travaux scientifiques ou publications sont un avantage 
  • Goût pour la collaboration avec des partenaires pratiques ainsi qu-une manière de travailler autonome et fiable 
  • Très bonnes connaissances écrites et orales de l-allemand et de l-anglais
