Your responsibilities • Conseiller et assister la clientèle et systématiquement l'accueillir avec un sourire amical dans les domaines ci-dessous : • Dans la zone d'entrée : Saluer les clientes et clients, s'assurer qu'ils se sentent bien accueillis et bien informés dès le départ et les diriger vers la bonne personne de contact si nécessaire. • Dans le Småland : S'assurer que les enfants de 3 à 10 ans soient entre de bonnes mains. • Au comptoir des retours : Trouver des solutions rapides, simples et orientées vers la clientèle pour tous les problèmes, en se basant sur nos directives internes. • Dans la zone de collecte des marchandises : Contrôler, remettre les marchandises achetées à nos clientes et clients et veiller à ce que les délais d'attente soient aussi courts que possible. • À la caisse : Prouver chaque jour que le service peut être à la fois rapide et convivial et dire au revoir aux gens d'une manière qui leur donne envie de revenir : avec le sourire.
