Pour notre équipe innovation/développement, nous recherchons pour une entrée en fonction immédiate ou à convenir une personne autonome, orientée vers les solutions et désireuse d’assumer des responsabilités.

Collaborateur(trice) spécialisé Formation et Innovation (80\-100 %)

Votre rôle

  • Vous êtes responsable de divers comités spécialisés et projets d’innovation dans les domaines de la recherche, du conseil et de la production, qui contribuent à façonner l’avenir de la production fruitière suisse.
  • Vous êtes chargé(e) d’assurer la formation initiale et continue des professionnels du secteur arboricole.
  • Vous accompagnez et coordonnez, pour l’association, la marque Suisse Garantie, la solution sectorielle Durabilité des fruits et le standard SwissGAP.
  • Vous représentez la Fruit\-Union Suisse au sein d’instances externes et mettez en place des réseaux solides.
  • Vous assumez la responsabilité de l’organisation et de l’administration de votre domaine d’activité.

Votre profil

  • Une formation en agronomie, par exemple un BSc en agronomie, un diplôme d’agrotechnicien(ne) ES ou une qualification équivalente avec expériences professionnelles
  • Un intérêt pour les thèmes agricoles, la formation, l’innovation et les fruits suisses
  • Une approche proactive, structurée, fiable et rigoureuse dans votre travail
  • Un sens du service et le plaisir de travailler en équipe et d’échanger
  • Un sens de l’organisation et de l’initiative
  • Langue maternelle allemande ou française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue
