Depuis plus de 60 ans, le Groupe Ofac est synonyme d’évolution et de professionnalisme. Une majorité des pharmacies en Suisse utilisent un ou plusieurs produits du groupe quotidiennement. Groupe Ofac est un acteur essentiel du monde de la santé de par la qualité de ses produits et sa réactivité à proposer des solutions innovantes pour répondre aux défis majeurs de ce monde en perpétuelle évolution. C’est notamment pour permettre aux pharmacies d’appréhender ces mutations dans les meilleures conditions que le Groupe Ofac a récemment lancé Abilis, une plateforme\-santé digitale sécurisée, destinée à tous les professionnels de la santé ainsi qu’au grand public.

Afin de renforcer notre service « Support applications », nous recherchons un/une

Collaborateur / trice support applications ==========================================

domaine de la santé vous attire et vous souhaitez y contribuer activement en mettant en pratique vos compétences techniques, ainsi que vos compétences en communication et formation ?

Vos tâches principales

  • Analyser, tester et traiter les demandes avec précision
  • Conseiller et assister les clients concernant les applications utilisées en officine
  • Mettre en place de nouvelles solutions
  • Former, à l’interne ou à l’externe, les futurs utilisateurs sur les nouvelles applications et les accompagner lors des premières utilisations
  • Garantir un service professionnel, efficace et de qualité à nos clients

Votre profil

  • Titulaire d’un CFC d’assistant/e en pharmacie
  • Expérience avérée dans l’utilisation de l’application Tactil (Front et Backoffice)
  • Une bonne maîtrise de l’italien ou de l’allemand serait un atout
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Bonne gestion du stress et des priorités
  • Aptitude d'écoute et de perception des besoins des clients
  • Esprit d’équipe
