Idéalement située au pied des Préalpes fribourgeoises et sur les hauteurs du Léman, la Commune de Châtel\-St\-Denis, Chef\-lieu du district de la Veveyse, compte plus de 170 collaborateurs pleinement investis au quotidien pour offrir un service public efficient et adapté aux attentes de sa population.

Alors c’est certainement vous que nous cherchons ! La Commune de Châtel\-St\-Denis met au concours un poste de :

Collaborateur·trice technique au Secteur des constructions en CDI à 100%

Missions principales :

  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers de construction, publier les enquêtes publiques
  • Contrôler la conformité des projets de construction déposés sur le territoire communal
  • Assurer le contrôle général et dénoncer les constructions illicites
  • Effectuer les contrôles périodiques des bâtiments dans le cadre de la sécurité incendie
  • Participer à l’élaboration des concepts de sécurité lors des manifestations sur le territoire communal
  • Contrôler la sécurité incendie lors de l’octroi de patentes
  • Analyser les accès sapeurs\-pompiers aux bâtiments
  • Effectuer les contrôles ciblés requis par l'ECAB ou l'autorité communale
  • Collaborer au processus de labellisation “Cité de l’énergie”
  • S’assurer de la mise en place des actions définies dans le cadre du label “Cité de l’énergie”

Profil souhaité :

  • Titulaire d’un CFC de dessinateur·trice en bâtiment ou de toute autre formation jugée équivalente
  • Spécialiste de la police des constructions
  • Au bénéfice d’une formation et de connaissances avérées dans le domaine de la protection incendie
  • Méthodique, rigoureux·euse, autonome, très bonne organisation et planification dans l’exécution du travail
  • Sens de la collaboration, entregent et facilité de contact avec la population
  • Bonnes connaissances des outils bureautiques courants (MS Office) et d’un programme de dessin
