* Apprendistato concluso in ambito tecnico o artigianale con esperienza professionale pluriennale nell'ambito dell'esercizio, della manutenzione e del mantenimento dell'efficienza di impianti, edifici e oggetti * Sono necessarie la licenza di condurre della categoria B e buone conoscenze informatiche quale utente * Modo di lavorare flessibile, coscienzioso e autonomo, disponibilità a svolgere servizi di picchetto e interventi al di fuori degli orari di lavoro * Comportamento orientato ai clienti e al team con uno spiccato senso del servizio * Notevole motivazione all'apprendimento e capacità di adeguarsi ai cambiamenti

La Base logistica dell'Esercito svizzero (BLEs) è a disposizione della truppa. Fornisce tutte le prestazioni logistiche a favore dell'Esercito svizzero e, con i suoi circa 3500 collaboratori e 12000 militari di milizia, gestisce il materiale, i sistemi e le infrastrutture dell'Esercito svizzero.
