* Garantire le prestazioni richieste del settore J23 nel quadro della pianificazione e della condotta dell'impiego per gli impieghi sussidiari dell'esercito * Collaborare alla pianificazione delle operazioni e degli impieghi sul piano operativo in Svizzera e all'estero nonché all'elaborazione del concetto del servizio informazioni e degli ordini specialistici all'indirizzo dei subordinati diretti del capo Comando Operazioni e delle Grandi Unità * Garantire a livello operativo l'attuazione della data d'ordine SINF e il coordinamento della ricerca di informazioni nella rete informativa integrata civile-militare nella fase di monitoraggio della situazione * Garantire l'analisi e la valutazione della minaccia, la contestualizzazione delle possibilità nonché delle capacità e delle intenzioni della parte avversaria e la valutazione della minaccia da parte dell'ambiente e del contesto nel processo di pianificazione e monitoraggio della situazione del Cdo Op * Assumere la responsabilità relativa alla fornitura delle prestazioni del settore J23 durante le assenze del capo J23 Op ed essere pronto a rappresentare, in caso di necessità, il capo J23 Op nei comitati di gestione e direttivi del SIM e dell'SPPEs così come nel gruppo di pianificazione dell'azione dello Stato maggiore del Cdo Op

****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Diploma universitario a livello di master o formazione equivalente, di preferenza in ambito giuridico, economico, in storia o scienze politiche * Ufficiale di stato maggiore oppure comandante di compagnia, idealmente con proposta per lo Stato maggiore generale * Esperienza professionale biennale o triennale e/o esperienza d'impiego nel servizio di promovimento della pace * Spiccate capacità analitiche e facoltà di ragionare in modo sistemico e concettuale, elevata resistenza allo stress, autonomia e senso di responsabilità * Conoscenza attiva di almeno due lingue ufficiali e ottime conoscenze dell'inglese

Il Comando Operazioni (Cdo Op) è responsabile di tutte le operazioni e di tutti gli impieghi militari dell'Esercito svizzero. Comprende tra l'altro le Forze aeree, le Forze terrestri, le quattro divisioni territoriali, il Centro di competenza SWISSINT, il comando forze speciali e la polizia militare. Circa il 40 per cento dei pressoché 2500 collaboratori sono impiegati civili: dagli ingegneri ai meccanici di aeromobili fino agli analisti.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
