* Assicurare la corretta gestione e manutenzione di stabili e impianti tecnici alla base del buon funzionamento del CST * Collaborare con i colleghi del Servizio tecnico nella gestione dei diversi stabili e impianti: automazione di edifici, RVCS, impianti elettrotecnici, sicurezza, trattamento acque balneari, irrigazione, multimedia e informatica * Pianificare e gestire autonomamente, prevalentemente in lingua tedesca, numerosi interventi di ditte esterne relativi a riparazioni, manutenzioni e migliorie * Assicurare il picchetto tecnico 24h - 7/7 secondo un piano di impiego annuale * Collaborare nello svolgimento di eventi * Assumere la funzione di formatore di apprendisti

* Diploma da scuola universitaria professionale in ambito tecnico oppure diploma in una professione tecnica o artigianale * Preferenza per un diploma conseguito come elettrotecnico, elettricista o funzioni affini * Solida esperienza professionale in impianti complessi * Polivalente, affidabile, autonomo e capace di lavorare in gruppo * Competenze digitali nella gestione di impianti tecnici integrati e complessi * Ottima conoscenza attiva di una seconda lingua ufficiale e conoscenza passiva di una terza lingua ufficiale
