****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Formazione commerciale di base completa o equivalente AFC con esperienza professionale pluriennale rilevante ai fini della funzione * Esperienza con MilOffice, FLORI, PISA e openIBV. La formazione da contabile militare costituisce un vantaggio * Ottime doti organizzative, flessibilità e buone conoscenze dei software di uso comune quale utente * Orientamento alle soluzioni e all'attuazione, spirito d'iniziativa e autonomia * Capacità di svolgere il proprio lavoro in maniera precisa e rapida ed elevata disponibilità a collaborare con diversi interlocutori * Buone conoscenze attive di una seconda lingua ufficiale

Il Comando Istruzione (Cdo Istr) è responsabile dell'istruzione in seno all'Esercito svizzero -- dal reclutamento all'istruzione di base generale fino all'istruzione dei quadri -- per quanto riguarda la milizia e i militari di professione. Comprende l'Istruzione superiore dei quadri, il Personale dell'esercito, cinque formazioni d'addestramento, il Centro d'istruzione e il Servizio specializzato Donne nell'esercito e diversity. Un terzo dei circa 2350 collaboratori è attivo in professioni civili in ambito scientifico, tecnico, medico, psicologico, amministrativo o sportivo e contribuisce al successo insieme ai militari di professione.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
