Chez Swiss Sport Integrity, nous protégeons l’intégrité du sport suisse en détectant et en poursuivant sans relâche les violations en matière de dopage et les manquements à l’éthique, en encourageant la prévention et la sensibilisation, et en garantissant la transparence des procédures. Nous renforçons ainsi la crédibilité du sport souhaitée par la population et mettons au centre la dignité et la santé de toutes les personnes impliquées dans le sport.

Pour le 1er décembre 2026 ou autre date à convenir, nous recherchons une/un

Collaboratrice/Collaborateur pour le Service de signalement des manquements à l’éthique (80\-100%)

Votre futur domaine d'activité :

Traitement administratif des signalements de manquements à l'éthique reçus par téléphone et par écrit, en allemand et en français

Organisation des auditions, y compris l’établissement des procès\-verbaux et le suivi

Obtention d'informations au cas par cas et des coordonnées auprès des parties à la procédure ainsi que des organisations sportives, etc.

Traitement du courrier (réception, expédition et suivi)

Traitement initial de la messagerie électronique et transmission des courriels à la personne de référence chargée du cas

Traitement de la correspondance sur instruction en autonomie

Tâches simples de clarification

Préparation et mise à jour des dossiers de cas et des répertoires de dossiers dans le Case Management System

Préparation d’actes pour les partenaires juridiques et les parties à la procédure ainsi que pour le Tribunal du sport (caviardage, copiage, numérisation, expédition)

Soutien administratif du responsable du service dans le cadre de projets et d'autres missions

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

Formation commerciale complète

Un perfectionnement ou une expérience professionnelle dans le secteur juridique ou social serait un avantage

Langue maternelle française avec de bonnes connaissances de l’allemand (niveau B2\); la connaissance de l'anglais serait un atout

Aisance stylistique et bonnes capacités rédactionnelles

Sens aigu de l'organisation et méthode de travail structurée

Vivacité d’esprit et compétences analytiques marquées

Connaissance du système sportif suisse et du management associatif

Esprit d'équipe et exigences élevées pour la qualité du travail effectué, libre de conflits d’intérêts
