Commercial B2B (F/M/N)

Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans les solutions de traitement, d'entretien et de protection destinées aux environnements professionnels. Grâce à son expertise reconnue et à une approche orientée qualité de service, elle accompagne une clientèle B2B exigeante dans toute la Suisse romande.

Missions

En tant que Commercial(e) B2B, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur le marché B2B ;
  • Développer un portefeuille clients par des actions de prospection téléphonique, de démarchage terrain et de prise de rendez-vous ;
  • Analyser les besoins des prospects et présenter les solutions adaptées ;
  • Construire et négocier les offres commerciales ;
  • Assurer le suivi des opportunités jusqu'à leur concrétisation ;
  • Coordonner la mise en œuvre des prestations avec les équipes opérationnelles ;
  • Développer des relations durables avec vos interlocuteurs ;
  • Assurer un reporting rigoureux de votre activité dans les outils CRM ;
  • Participer activement à la croissance de l'entreprise et à l'identification de nouveaux leviers de développement.

Profil du candidat

En tant que Commercial(e) B2B, vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans une fonction commerciale orientée développement de clientèle ;
  • Expérience du marché suisse B2B indispensable ;
  • Français (C2) et niveau d'anglais B2 minimum ;
  • Solide expérience de la prospection, de la prise de rendez-vous et de la négociation ;
  • Approche orientée résultats et conquête de nouveaux comptes ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes internes ;
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et rédactionnelles ;
  • Organisation, rigueur et sens des priorités ;
  • La maîtrise d'un CRM, idéalement HubSpot, constitue un atout ;
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire.
