Job Description ##

  • Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von finanziellen Leistungskennzahlen sowie regelmässigen Management-Reportings
  • Analyse von Geschäfts-, Umsatz- und Kostenentwicklungen mit Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung bei der finanziellen Steuerung von Geschäftsbereichen, Produkten und Projekten
  • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Rentabilitätsanalysen zur Optimierung von Geschäftsergebnissen
  • Mitarbeit bei Forecasts, Mehrjahresplanungen und strategischen Budgetierungsprozessen
  • Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Effizienzsteigerung sowie Begleitung von Optimierungsinitiativen
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für die Geschäftsleitung und weitere Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Datenbasis sowie Pflege relevanter Finanz- und Reportingstrukturen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Operations und Management
  • Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Sonderaufgaben im Finanzumfeld

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- oder Controllingbereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer analytisch geprägten Position innerhalb eines industriellen oder produktionsnahen Umfelds
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Performance-Treiber
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität kombiniert mit einer kommunikationsstarken Persönlichkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
