Vos nouvelles tâches

  • Participation dans la phase de vente: aspects contractuels et financiers
  • Vérification et ouverture des nouveaux projets dans les outils internes
  • Gestion active des chances et risques avec le Project Manager
  • Co-responsabilité du Contract et Claim Management (négociations externes, revendications, Change-Orders, correspondances, normes SIA 118)
  • Financement des affaires: établissement des situations financières, édition des factures et suivi des paiements
  • Garantit la conformité FRG/comptabilité et la qualité des données dans les outils
  • Organisation et animation des séances de revues de projets
  • Analyses financières et des KPIs en collaboration avec le PM
  • Etablissement de rapports spécifiques et présentation au management
  • Compétence dans la clôture du projet

Vos talents et votre expérience

  • Titulaire d-un diplôme universitaire en gestion, commerce ou d-une formation équivalente
  • Une solide expérience dans la conduite de projets commerciaux complexes est requise
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet ainsi que des outils numériques courants
  • Des connaissances approfondies en développement d-affaires et en stratégies commerciales sont indispensables
  • Excellente capacité d-organisation, autonomie et esprit d-équipe démontrés
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et bonnes connaissances en anglais
  • L'allemand serait un sérieux atout
  • Esprit ouvert aux nouvelles technologies, notamment à l-intelligence artificielle (IA).
