Die Alpine Restaurants umfassen das Cresta Run in Celerina, das LOFT99 in S-chanf und die Piste 21 mit dem dazugehörenden Camping Gravatscha in Samedan. Das Familienunternehmen setzt seit 1999 erfolgreich auf modernen Alpenchic und ungezwungenes Ambiente.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir für die Wintersaison 2026/2027 einen Commis de Cuisine für unseren Betrieb LOFT99 & Caterings in S-chanf & Cresta Run in Celerina.

Deine Aufgaben: - Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen - Mitarbeit im Bankett- und Cateringbereich - Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards - Mise en Place und allgemeine Küchenorganisation

Dein Profil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder vergleichbare Erfahrung - Leidenschaft für frische und kreative Küche - Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Arbeit bei Events - Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten
