Das weltbekannte Schloss Schauenstein von Andreas Caminada ist Teil der Caminada Group AG und gilt, als eines der besten Restaurants der Schweiz. Es ist zudem mit beeindruckenden 3 Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichnet. Das Spitzenrestaurant wird durch ein luxuriöses Boutique-Hotel mit zwölf individuell gestalteten Suiten ergänzt. Zur Caminada Group AG gehören ausserdem das vegetarische Restaurant OZ in Fürstenau (1 Michelin-Stern und Grüner Michelin-Stern), das IGNIV-Konzept mit den jeweils 2 Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichneten Restaurants in Bad Ragaz, Zürich und Andermatt, das acasa Catering, das Caminada Magazin, sowie die Stiftung «Fundaziun Uccelin». Ebenfalls Teil der Group ist das renommierte Boutique-Hotel und Gourmetrestaurant Mammertsberg in Freidorf, welches mit 2 Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichnet ist. Seit Winter 2025 bereichert zudem das traditionsreiche Restaurant Buech in Herrliberg das Portfolio der Caminada Group AG.

Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine(n) ambitionierte(n) und motivierte(n) Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d).

Dein Beitrag

Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei der täglichen Mise en Place sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Produktion hochwertiger Speisen auf Michelin-Niveau

Aktive Mitarbeit während des Service und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Küchenposten

Zu Beginn Einsatz mit Schwerpunkt in der Pâtisserie und schrittweise Einführung in die vielfältigen Aufgabenbereiche unserer Küchenbrigade

Sorgfältige Verarbeitung und Präsentation erstklassiger Produkte nach den Qualitätsstandards der Caminada Group

Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sowie Einhaltung sämtlicher Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)

Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung, Lagerhaltung und Kontrolle der Produktqualität

Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen Fähigkeiten sowie Offenheit für neue Techniken und kulinarische Trends

Mitgestaltung eines positiven Teamspirits und Beitrag zu einer professionellen und wertschätzenden Arbeitsatmosphäre

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder eine vergleichbare gastronomische Ausbildung

Erste Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

Begeisterung für hochwertige Produkte, präzises Handwerk und die Welt der Spitzengastronomie

Interesse, sich sowohl in der Pâtisserie als auch in weiteren Bereichen der Küche fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie den Anspruch, sich kontinuierlich zu verbessern und Neues zu erlernen

Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit auch in anspruchsvollen Servicesituationen

Teamgeist, Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einer ambitionierten Küchenbrigade

Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein

Gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie ein professionelles und respektvolles Auftreten
