Mandaté par différents services de l'état de Genève, l'institut dispense diverses formations pour les salariés de la construction. Il s'agit de formations initiales (apprentissage), ainsi que de formations continues et de perfectionnement (A32, machinistes et grutiers, élingage, etc.). Dans le cadre de la mission de surveillance de l'apprentissage, nous recherchons un\\-e \\Commissaire à l'apprentissage CFC/AFP Maçons et CFC/AFP Constructeurs de voies de communication avec missions transversales de formation à 100 %\\ \\Vos missions principales\\ \* Assurer le rôle de commissaire à l'apprentissage pour les CFC/AFP Maçons et CFC/AFP \* Constructeurs de voies de communication selon les directives de l'OFPC (2 visites par apprentis par cycle en entreprise formatrice) \* Etablir les rapports de suivi d'apprentissage selon les directives de l'OFPC \* Accompagner et conseiller les apprentis dans leur cursus d'apprentissage \* Accompagner et conseiller les entreprises formatrices dans le suivi de leur apprenti \* Être la courroie de transmission entre les autorités étatiques, les entreprises et les lieux d'apprentissage \\Vos missions complémentaires\\ \* Participer à l'élaboration des plans d'études CFC/AFP maçons et CFC/AFP Constructeurs de voies de communication pour adultes en filière article 32 \* Participer à l'élaboration des plans d'études pour les cours de perfectionnement dont les chefs d'équipes \* Participer à la dispense de cours pratiques et théoriques \* Participer au contrôle des connaissances et de l'acquisition des compétences des candidats \* Participer à la valorisation et la promotion des métiers \\Votre profil\\ \* Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un diplôme de conducteur de travaux ou d'un brevet fédéral de contremaitre ou d'un titre juge équivalent \* Vous êtes idéalement détenteur\\-trice d'un certificat de formateur FSEA module 1 \* Vous bénéficiez d'une solide expérience du chantier gros œuvre et/ou génie\\-civil en Suisse (condition obligatoire) \* Vous êtes passionné\\-e par la formation professionnelle et l'accompagnement \* Vous aimez remettre à jour vos propres connaissances en permanence sur les nouvelles technologies \* Vous vous reconnaissez dans les valeurs institutionnelles et associatives nécessitant polyvalence, flexibilité, discrétion \* Votre sens du service, de l'engagement et de la loyauté n'est plus à démontrer \* Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux\\-se et organisé\\-e afin de respecter les délais \* Vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe \* Vous maitrisez parfaitement la langue française et les calculs appliqués au chantier Entrée en fonction de suite ou à convenir Envie de nous rejoindre ?
