****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Ufficiale dell'esercito svizzero (grado minimo tenente), formazioni di specializzazione di ufficiale d'intelligence * Diploma di un'alta scuola universitaria o specializzata (preferibilmente in scienze politiche, criminologia, diritto o psicologia) o esperienza professionale di più anni pertinente per la funzione nel servizio d'intelligence / protezione dello Stato o in ambito di polizia * Esperienze e competenze a livello operativo (lavoro di stato maggiore) auspicabili * Spiccate competenze analitiche, metodologiche e redazionali nonché comunicazione adeguata al livello gerarchico * Buone conoscenze orali e scritte di una seconda lingua ufficiale nonché buone conoscenze d'inglese

Attraverso l'analisi, l'interpretazione e la priorizzazione di informazioni provenienti da diverse fonti, voi elaborate il quadro della situazione, individuate i rischi e create i presupposti affinché misure di protezione preventive intervengano in modo mirato ed efficace.

Il Servizio di protezione preventiva dell'esercito (SPPE) rappresenta la prima linea di difesa dell'esercito. Esso sorveglia e valuta la situazione di sicurezza militare e adotta misure preventive per proteggere l'esercito da spionaggio, sabotaggio e altri atti illeciti.

****Il suo impegno per la sicurezza e la libertà****

Il Comando Operazioni (Cdo Op) è responsabile di tutte le operazioni e di tutti gli impieghi militari dell'Esercito svizzero. Comprende tra l'altro le Forze aeree, le Forze terrestri, le quattro divisioni territoriali, il Centro di competenza SWISSINT, il comando forze speciali e la polizia militare. Circa il 40 per cento dei pressoché 2500 collaboratori sono impiegati civili: dagli ingegneri ai meccanici di aeromobili fino agli analisti.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
