* Garantire la presa in carico e il trattamento dei casi di irregolarità (in relazione a partner contrattuali, procedure in materia di visti ecc.) segnalati tramite la piattaforma di whistleblowing del DFAE * Esaminare i fatti; collaborare agli accertamenti informali e alle inchieste amministrative * Fornire consulenza alle unità organizzative del DFAE in materia di compliance (conflitti d'interesse, standard di comportamento, etica ecc.) * Fornire una consulenza giuridica orientata alla clientela, tempestiva e adeguata al livello gerarchico e ai destinatari in materia di contratti, acquisti pubblici e basi della cooperazione internazionale, nonché svolgere corsi di sensibilizzazione e formazione in Svizzera e all'estero * Collaborare in seno a gruppi di esperti e gruppi di lavoro interdipartimentali e internazionali competenti in materia di lotta alla corruzione * Essere responsabile del controlling e del reporting riguardanti le irregolarità nonché dell'elaborazione del cockpit destinato al capo del Dipartimento e alla direzione del DFAE

****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Master in scienze giuridiche * Esperienza nel settore della compliance o presso un servizio per la segnalazione delle irregolarità * Esperienza maturata in seno all'Amministrazione o al settore privato nella consulenza in materia di diritto contrattuale e/o di diritto in materia di appalti pubblici * Se possibile, buone conoscenze dell'Amministrazione federale * Abilità negoziali e resistenza allo stress * Conoscenze del diritto penale, amministrativo e civile nonché delle relative procedure, in particolare dei procedimenti penali e amministrativi * Ottime conoscenze di due lingue ufficiali e dell'inglese * Ottime conoscenze dell'utilizzo degli strumenti informatici (Excel ecc.) e interesse per la digitalizzazione

Giurista presso il Compliance Office (60 %) e la Sezione Diritto dei contratti (40 %) del DFAE, Divisione Contratti, acquisti pubblici, compliance, SG-DFAEIn veste di giurista in seno al Compliance Office del Dipartimento federale degli affari esteri (DFAE), si occuperà di prendere in carico e trattare i casi di violazioni e irregolarità segnalati dal personale del DFAE, da partner o da terzi. Fornirà supporto e consulenza a tutte le unità organizzative del DFAE per ogni questione giuridica legata ai contratti e agli acquisti pubblici nonché alle basi della cooperazione internazionale.

Il Dipartimento federale degli affari esteri (DFAE) coordina e definisce, su mandato del Consiglio federale, la politica estera della Svizzera, tutela gli interessi del Paese e promuove i valori della Svizzera.

La Segreteria generale (GS-DFAE) sostiene e consiglia, in qualità di Stato maggiore, il capo del Dipartimento nella sua attività quotidiana. Coordina gli affari per il Parlamento e il Consiglio federale, informando l'opinione pubblica sulle attività del Dipartimento. Inoltre partecipa alla gestione dei contratti in seno al DFAE, sovrintende al Compliance Office e verifica l'efficacia della gestione dei rischi, dei controlli e dei processi di gestione e di sorveglianza. La GS vigila sul rispetto delle pari opportunità in seno al Dipartimento e si occupa di tutte le questioni di carattere storico inerenti al DFAE. Fa parte della Segreteria generale anche Presenza Svizzera, che attua la strategia per la comunicazione internazionale della Svizzera dettata dal Consiglio federale
