Compliance Officer #

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich    In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Compliance und den Front-Einheiten wie Private Banking und Banking for Professionals. Sie unterstützen die Front bei Compliance-relevanten Geschäftsfällen und führen entsprechende Abklärungen und Recherchen durch. Zudem prüfen Sie Kundendokumentationen auf Vollständigkeit und Qualität, unterstützen bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Geschäftsprofilen, beantworten Anfragen von Korrespondenzbanken und wirken bei Abklärungen im Zahlungsverkehr mit. Dank Ihrer Bank-Expertise sind Sie eine kompetente Ansprechperson für Geschäftsleitung, Behörden und Mitarbeitende. Sie stellen eine konsistente und qualitativ hochwertige Bearbeitung von Compliance-Fragestellungen sicher und fördern den Austausch sowie die Weitergabe von Know-how innerhalb der Organisation.

Ihre Persönlichkeit    Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Banking & Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Zudem bringen Sie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Compliance-Bereich, im Front Office oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Bankenumfeld mit. Mit den Abläufen des Bankgeschäfts sind Sie vertraut und verfügen über ein gutes Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen sowie unterschiedliche Kundenstrukturen. Auch komplexe Sachverhalte bearbeiten Sie zuverlässig, präzise und selbständig sowie mit der erforderlichen Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Mit Ihrer kommunikativen und serviceorientierten Art arbeiten Sie partnerschaftlich mit Relationship Managern, Assistenzen und internen Fachstellen zusammen. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
