Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe, nous recherchons un/e Comptable souhaitant rejoindre un environnement de travail international, multiculturel et à taille humaine.

Au\-delà de la maîtrise des fondamentaux comptables, nous recherchons une personne qui apprécie la diversité des responsabilités, la qualité des interactions et le sens du service.

Vos repsonsabilités:

Intégré/e à une équipe comptable de plusieurs personnes, vous intervenez sur un périmètre varié couvrant la comptabilité auxiliaire, la trésorerie ainsi qu’une partie de la comptabilité générale.

Vous prenez notamment en charge :

  • la comptabilité fournisseurs : saisie des factures, préparation et comptabilisation des paiements, suivi des rappels ;
  • la comptabilité clients : préparation et établissement de la facturation, suivi des encaissements, recouvrement et gestion des éventuels contentieux ;
  • la trésorerie : enregistrement des opérations bancaires, gestion des caisses et rapprochements bancaires ;
  • le suivi et la comptabilisation des dépenses du personnel, notamment les cartes de crédit et notes de frais ;
  • la participation aux contrôles de comptes ainsi qu’aux différentes activités administratives du service.

Une dimension importante du poste réside également dans la relation avec nos différents interlocuteurs. Vous serez régulièrement amené/e à répondre à des demandes, expliquer une situation ou accompagner vos interlocuteurs avec clarté, diplomatie et sens du service.

Votre profil:

Vous disposez d'une formation en comptabilité (CFC d'employé·e de commerce avec spécialisation en comptabilité, diplôme/certificat de comptable ou formation jugée équivalente), complétée par une première expérience réussie (2 à 5 ans) dans une fonction similaire.

À l’aise avec les outils informatiques usuels, vous maîtrisez Excel, notamment les tableaux croisés dynamiques et les fonctions de recherche. La connaissance d’ERP constitue un atout.

Vous êtes capable de communiquer avec aisance, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, en français et en anglais.

Mais au\-delà des compétences techniques, nous accordons une attention particulière à la personnalité.

Nous recherchons une personne précise et organisée, naturellement attentive à la qualité de son travail, mais également capable d’interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés. Vous savez anticiper, faire circuler l’information et travailler de manière transverse avec différents services.

Votre sens du relationnel, votre discernement et votre discrétion seront particulièrement appréciés.
